Refund & Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: If the product packaging was opened or tampered with, the product is not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item
Contact us at info@raheek.co to start a return. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the customer must first return the original product. The customer is responsible for all delivery fees associated with returning the item. Once the return is received and approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method.
