Domestic Shipping Policy (Lebanon Only)

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by an additional day. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message within 24 hours of placing your order. This message will include a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders are shipped within Lebanon. No international shipping is available at this time, so customs and international duties do not apply.

Damages
At Raheek, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order is damaged during delivery, we will immediately follow up with the delivery company to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items in good condition. Please keep all packaging and damaged items until the issue is resolved.
